what stuff did we want to train in the short term and long term?
as discussed the other night (plus other bits i thought of):
*attacks from behind
*footwork (getting the fuck outta the way)
*systema punching
* newspaper knife fighting
*develop a basic repoitaire of kicks and punches, throws, locks, chokes etc that we train consistently
* pressure situations, likely scenarios for fights.
anything else you wish to add people?

Spider-Pig thinks we should also do fubar situation escapes i.e. breaking locks, neutralizing leverage etc.
We should also eat lots of ice cream.
Flow drills will be good to keep training, just for sensitivity.
yes, all of the above sounds goodah…. also some “run away, run away” type stuff, maybe some pressure point, hurty people stuff. and lots of stabby knife stuff… yes i know, i am lame…
